As the founder of Vapasee, a brand dedicated to upcycled décor, she transforms discarded glass into striking, sustainable art pieces that inspire a mindful approach to living. Renjini’s commitment to sustainability has earned her notable accolades, including incubation at IIM Bangalore’s NSRCEL and selection for the Climate Collective Launchpad in 2020. In 2021, she was honoured as one of the “UN Women Industry Disruptors,” celebrating her unique contribution to merging creativity with environmental responsibility. Recently, she was also selected as one of 20 climate leaders by the Women Climate Collective program, supported by the L’Oréal Foundation.
